Job is not secure and there is no promotion by work. If someone in touch with Senior Managers only they can get promotion and salary hike.

U can't able to balance your time for 10k-13k/- salary u should wrk for more than 10 hours a day. Sometimes we should wrk for night shift also and after that evening we should report to the store again 🙂

As I m the Head cashier of max branch, I have 6+ year experience but my salary is only 16k, Do you agree this salary is enough for Manager level grade. Work life balance is Low, Torture Management, don't join Max fashion, either you go Any other retail industry

...cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow .There is a bond of 2,years before which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joined
