Biasness in everything if you're a male. Unjust policies. No induction for new hires so you must find out yourself how to get things done here. There is nothing to like in NIVA BUPA except salary on time. otherwise its totally hell.

Dislikes

its like a hell working with niva bupa. no working culture and ethics they just torture their employees pressurize them to work after working hours they harrass mentally and disturb your all personal and professional life. seniors are not understanding. also if anyone say something and take stand for themselves they threat to hold the salary for whole month. terrible experience to working with them.
