The company recognised and appreciated hard work. In my 2 years never faced any problem regarding any personal or professional issue. Bosses are supportive and company pro employee.

The appraisals and compensation could have been better and there was disparity in positions of different people with similar background and experience.

... over multiple years in the company. No escalation matrix no feedback mechanism. They can hold your salary and 90 days of resignation period which is nowhere justified. Biasness in everything if you're a male. Unjust policies. No induction for new hires so you must find out yourself how to get things done here. Never join this company even if there aren't alternatives available.

Job security is good. Plus if you are in any department other than sales/ops, you can have a good work life balance.

The base is salary is lower than that of industry standards for lower and lower middle level mangers

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
