... regarding any thing one man, only one man can take decision. No professional. They don't give salary and they don't provide any documents and the culture is worst. No culture as per my personnel experience useless company and they don't give my salary also till now ( almost i left that company 1 year back and mailed many times, no response and nothing from them)

The work environment here is toxic. Senior management is disrespectful and hard work goes unrecognized. Office politics dominate over merit. , creating favoritism and distrust, It leads to frustration, low morale and high turnover.

No doubt they provide opportunity to Freshers but paying them 9,000 per month is not enough to fulfil their basic needs like staying and food. you will get good learning Platform.

Dislikes

1) There is no work life balance. Sometimes they will make you feel like a laborer, 2) Too much if Micro management. The director and delivery head will get involved in even in very small things which can easily handle by HR. 3) Kindly increase the stipend amount for freshers. 4) STOP SEXUALLY HARASMENT in your company. One of major concern for girls in this company. No one is going to step up for you if you are getting harass by seniors in this company. 5) To girls they won't provide good opportunities. They do so much of discrimination saying we care about girls safety the truth is girls are not same inside your company so please send them on clients so that they start feeling face and i can promise that client will take good care of their safety. I have so much to say but please start treating your employees fairly.

No fix policies it may change on any day and job security is excellent good learning and mawai is heaven for those are having ambitious to learn and for fresher. No working culture no extra benefit only work and work.

Manish pandey is HOD IN MAWAI HE IS CREATING POLITICS ENVIRONMENT IN THE ORGANIZATION AND each and every employee is remain in tension so the environment of the malai is so worst, And some chapaloosi employees who is working as top level alok and pranaw and sachin those are working as politics and gutbaji it is very word company.
