Teammates were good... Salary wise ok. One time tour inside India.

Dislikes

Lots of politics, no job security if can't bow down in front of the owner, not a good place for girls as there is a lot of womanising... If your client is happy with your work then good for you but it will go un noticed in front of the senior management, additionally you will come under scanner of pulling their clients...no learning wrt ATL activity as they majorly work on BTL as well as digital work... I was asked to resign without any proper exit interview with no valid reason on my very 22 nd working day.

Likes

Maverick is good only for freshers,which have expectations type of job . Experience people get suffering with politics.

Dislikes

Nothing I like , maverick will use employees till they are beneficial for them . Worst work life balance . Sick leave not allowed. Employee have to share 2 month advance leave plan .for promotion you have to wait long until your are close to your manager.
