Management is at least hearing what employees are saying. Job Security is good if you are willing to upskill yourself. You can expect a work-life balance until you get escalations.

Salary is below par level with industry. No allowances for noon/night shifts. Strict company policies and poor innovation/creativity. No recognition for the work/extra work done.

At Maveric systems you can learn new methodologies and technologies. But opportunities to use those skills is very less. Speaking about job security, If you are a fresher or in mid senior your probability of getting fired is almost nil.

At Maveric systems the compensation for home grown associates are below market standards and they pay you peanuts for living. If you join as lateral be aware that get a higher package and don't trust their onsite travel assurance. Better be a LIBA grad to get onsite, promotion and High - pay
