Management is at least hearing what employees are saying. Job Security is good if you are willing to upskill yourself. You can expect a work-life balance until you get escalations.

Salary is below par level with industry. No allowances for noon/night shifts. Strict company policies and poor innovation/creativity. No recognition for the work/extra work done.

The company has favourable rules and appraisals that are objective, but annual pay increases could improve, and bonuses could be included. Because of the company`s policy of maintaining small projects team, each team member is given complete responsibility and accountability for work.

After one week they told they can't afford the package which I asked and offered a very low package saying they don't have budget. If they don't have budget they should have the informed the candidate before doing all this.
