NONE! Been over 5 months and there's not a single thing I like about this company.

... If you're an MBA or you're seeking valuable work experience, don't work here.
Salary doesn't get paid on time. Every month there's some excuse. The management will verbally and mentally abuse you to a point of breakdown if you can't work over 12 hours a day. Some team leads don't do any work and make us work till 2:00 am.
Essentially you'll be doing almost 1.5 days of work for 1 day's salary.
If you're a team lead you will be verbally abused and insulted in front of the team.
Read the reviews posted and ask any existing employee before accepting any offer.
And don't go by the few fake positive reviews that were posted by the management to increase the rating. Don't waste your career here.
Ritu if you're reading this know that there's Karma and sooner than later you'll run out of employees.
The moments when the clients treat Ritu Ghuwalala the same way she treats her employees. If you're lucky you'll get a chance to witness it. Most likely she won't let you be a part of the client meeting to witness the humiliation she receives.
ADVICE
ZERO growth in terms of learning & salary. Join only if you wish to be a data entry expert. You will not be exposed to a single item on your JD. You will end up doing data entry work in the name of market research. You will do the work of 2-3 people & 12-15 hrs of daily work will take a toll on your health. Even if you're accepting the offer make sure it's a stop gap. You've been warned. Read on to know more!
MANAGEMENT (Ritu Guwalala & Aditya Ghuwalala)
-Brother sister managed company. The IQ of one is marginally better than the other. You'll figure out which one, if you join.
-Employees are subject to unprofessional/ unparliamentary language. Everyone tries to avoid Ritu because of her obnoxious behaviour & repulsive personality.
-There's no HR. In all probability you'll be doing the work of HR as well.
-The accounts team (Lalit) might try to threaten you during the notice period. Do not fret, put your foot down & give it back to him. That's the only way it works.
-Ritu doesn't value your time. Doesn't show up for meetings and & wastes your time.
-Be ready to encounter irrational questions from the management, especially Aditya. Sometimes his logic or the lack of it will crack you up.
-The tech is outdated & horribly glitchy.
-The management will give a negative feedback to your prospective employer after you leave
WORK CULTURE
-Very high attrition rate. Most employees leave within the first week or first month. (Barely a team of 13-14 employees)
-Toxic work hours: 9:30 am - 9:30 pm if you're lucky, else it would stretch to 15 hrs daily.
-If you are serving the notice period, 15 hrs is the norm.
-Be prepared to sacrifice your weekends. You'll be forced to!
-You'll be exploited to the core & forced to do the work of 3 people (shortage of employees because they are leaving)
-Leaves aren't usually approved. (pro tip - ever heard of sudden sick leaves? ;) )
-If your system/ internet malfunctions, you'll have to take an unpaid leave to fix it.
SALARY/ BENEFITS
-Salary never disbursed on time & the management doesn't care about it.
-You'll receive peanuts compared to industry standards.
-No health insurance , no benefits & don't even think about joining bonus :D
-No extra pay for working 6 extra hours daily.
-Laptop, Internet, MS Office, WILL NOT be provided to you. You'll have to furnish them. NO reimbursement!
-Carefully check the CTC & in hand hand salary. Around 20% of the CTC will be paid to you after you complete a year or 2 with the company (varies). The company knows that you'll leave early. This is how they trick you. You've been warned! ;)
-BTW there is NO PF
WORK PROFILE
-Data entry work in the name of market research.
-WILL NOT ADD ANY VALUE TO YOUR CV!
-Abysmally high & mathematically impossible daily targets of 100 items of data entry. Which takes around 12-15 hrs, without any break.
-HR work will be assigned to you including recruitment from institutions. Not a part of your JD anyway.
-You will be given a stipend (read peanuts) during the period of training ranging between 30-45 days.
MESSAGE TO MANAGEMENT
Take it as a tip & learn from it!
Some of the people empathise with your travails since everyone is miserable at work.
Dislikes
... negative reinforcement. Routine humiliation from team leads and the co-founder. Unrealistic deadlines, reluctance to hire to save on overheads, worst pay relative to industry standards. I could go on but I'd rather not.
It has to be nothing. You get exploited to your core.
Dislikes
It has to be everything. No HR at the organisation. The structure of the organisation is the worst. You are treated like machines and they don't care even a bit about you. Get ready to work on weekends. I don't know what motivates the people who work there. They all complain and unsatisfied. Could not spot one happy person at the organisation.
Only fancy clients and diversity in project categories. You get to work for different industries.

DO NOT JOIN!
1. No work life balance.
2. Rude upper management and co-founder, often using unparliamentary language.
3. Long work hours - often till midnight and beyond. YOUR HEALTH WILL SUFFER!
4. Monotonous work - fancy data entry job.
5. No chance to share your thoughts or perspective.
6. No proper planning or strategy.
7. No scope of learning
8. Often work on weekends
9. No training
10. Will not tell you many things during interview or joining
11. This is not research, they know shit about research.
