Salary always suspefull, not sure after 3month will get. No money to release part, no timeline for vendors. everyone running there own with heavy expenditure without any business value addition. People frequent ch ages difficult to make repo.

Really good product that they are building and the founders seem really confident about the product. Ton of learning opportunity.

Terrible work culture, everyone operates based on telephone calls, horrible vendors to have tied up with, salary cycle is horrible.

Team leaders and manager are so helpful with you and their behaviour also good and team members are also friendly and helpful always.

Workflow is slow comparative to my old organisation. There is no salary corrections done, too much biasing for employees from management

Company founders are too hardworking and good, but not the department managers.

Dislikes

Legal department manager is too aggresive and not able to handle the situation calmly. always reject the leaves of the team and itself went to home, without informing.
