I liked nothing about this organization except Bike.

...hardworking employees, and no job security if you raise concerns about anything. *Bad Policies *Not focusing on Product and market *Poor Management *High Expectations in terms of work & gives low CTC *Not Following Govt Compliances *No Salary On Time, No FNF for Years, PF deducted but not credited, No Reimbursements *Only Hiring & Firing_Worst HR *Bad Work Culture *HR needs to educate how to treat their employees, & Follow Govt Norms. *TA head doesn't know the policies, salary benchmarking, & integration of automation project *Cross-functional involvement in department, manufacturing, embedded, digital HODs especially.

...hough a basic business case is missing and highly mis utlized by senior leaders. Breaking industry benchmark for compensation for sitting without value addition to business for managers, VP, on way good one hand funds get distributed to population. Not intended for high class VIT MIT BIT students or passed out as you may learn False positives.

The way founders behave, if anyone wants to be narcissist, there can't be a better place then this...Pinnacle of incompetence in execution couples with flooding over confidence and denial.

... of TATA, Mahindra,Maruti Bosch, Bajaj) but actually they have all been fired...Only politics with continus salary delays . Basic thing as simple as electricity or even Tea is not available. If you perform, your boss will feel insecure and hire a senior for you . If you don't they will fire you for incompetence..Also who ever has worked here will understand that never join IIM PGPX as all the garbage of that institute has been dumped in this company.

Flexible timing but working late always, nothing much, office in standby mode made, ac don't work

Salary always suspefull, not sure after 3month will get. No money to release part, no timeline for vendors. everyone running there own with heavy expenditure without any business value addition. People frequent ch ages difficult to make repo.

Really good product that they are building and the founders seem really confident about the product. Ton of learning opportunity.

Dislikes

Terrible work culture, everyone operates based on telephone calls, horrible vendors to have tied up with, salary cycle is horrible.
