Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets rwliable,high quality products and has a global client base.Another plus point iis that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration.I also like the employee re-hire policy.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometims ,I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls inthe evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers don't value an individuals` unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
