When they hire they give good salary. This is for the recruiter who just want to join a new company for higher salary and to move from there in 2-3 months. They will fire you or you will for sure resign after 3 months.

No growth, lots of micro management, a person named Jyoti when she hire she will you are very responsibility and will take care of you but her version of speech will change after you join. She herself will start talking to you as of like you are slave and she won't even give time for recruiters to show thier skill of you don't get hir ein first two months third month she will fire you and threaten you that she will mention as terminated of we don't send our resignation. She will make it look like we resigned ourselves and even for top performers they will hike once in 2 years and that also maximum of 5%.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
