The hardworking and supporting employees only there can be a reason to live with this company. Every employee which are working there are giving their best but not getting a 20% of there hardwork from this company manager or it's head. The employee with whome i worked are just working their because of their compulsion. We shouldn't say about the company, although whoever running it at my time of presence their, is using their employees and when it's time for appreciation or increment. He just play things cleverly against the employee and untill employee leave the company because of pressure or in unwanted shame, it continues and this is the reason why employee their couldn't stick with this company. I can say that this company is running because of it's hard working employees not who is the owner or manager of that company on my time of working their. I hope this company should lead by someone else who knows how to respect their employees and himself to their place and think about.

Dislikes

Everything except hardworking employees their, who support each other not because of they are a part of that company although because they are good human, even though may be working in their compulsion. I point out what's wrong there and that's why i am not there.
