There is Absolutely nothing to like this organization Because They are not treating employees properly and worst work culture and especially Management

...k about Dislikes about this company. there is an lots of errors in this company. no proper work culture, work life balance, salary, other benefits employee engagement, and here employees should not talk with others, don't laugh, don't use personal phone, if anyone needs emergency leave or sick they have achieve target from last 2 months and they have submit proof for leave. and should not ask for appraisal, employees have sit and work from 9 to 10:30, 15 mi break 11:45 to 1 PM 30 mi Break and 1:30 to 4 PM 15 mi break 4:15 to 6 apart from this employees should not touch floor door..... still there is lot right now i can't disclose here vulgarly.

As it's my second company in the career, I was self satisfied and work culture is so good. It's good platform who get opportunity to build their career. I highly recommend my future reference to the company.

Folks .... My humble request not to join this firm a total quios micro management at peak . Without proper justifications firing threatening settlements relieving document not shared . Personal recommendation would be strict No to this firm . My sincere advise to all
