...o work and even I have started to work. But they never gave me any offer letter. While discussing about the issue with the manager he never gave me any clear-cut answer but always promise me to wait for tomorrow, that tomorrow naver came.

Not providing the basic benefits for an employee...very poor pay and appreciation when compared with others..facility issues,poorly staffed ....no privileges and consideration for female employees also...hectic work culture schedule...no scope of improvising and growth ...not flexible at all in terms of work..!!

Worked as Talent aquisation I love matrix beacuse i learned lot there, and That is my 1st company were I started my carrer, i like there Work culture, good working environment, friendly environment, HR and Team leader supportive is excellent, overall matrix is good.
