...n after coming before the time they expect from you to work when you reach home. Salary is very low and the work pressure is too much. Pathetic overall. The GM(Saroj k Mishra) will make any rule and will force upon the employees. A lot of office politics. I just hate being in this company.

what I like about my job next to its need for team spirit and close collaboration with people, is the analytical aspect. For every new project, you have to dig into the company and figure out the as-is and to be the process

Management, company politics. Alot of salary deduction, poor HR services, especially this problem are with EBGC department, doesn't get recognition for our hard work, don't get proper promotion, some people always do back bitching about our personal life.

We can learn Excel and formulas, only suitable for freshers to start their career

Low salary hikes, office politics and worst work environment their is no enough space for having food in cafeteria there is no enough space for parking vehicles, No women's safety, Bad Management, employees treated very bad manner from some of the manager's.
