Not satisfied with salary structure and appraisal... hv bn working here for around 2 years.. Performing continously well.. giving return 4 times than my salary.. but didn't get satisfactory increment.. they didn't even promote my level/band...if they want experienced and Performing employees to be stayed with the organization, they must notice this issue. After all they have to understand that money is the biggest motivation

You won't get any help at the time you most needed . If someone experienced any salary issue try to solve asap if it delayed then forget about that and move on , you have to implement at that time so that they will help you to get full salary .

Because of the culture. I never felt I am working for a PVT Ltd company. I always felt like it's a govt organisation come in time go on time salary on time.
