Department team is good but the higher management and HR & admin is very bad.

...ored by the company, Higher management and HR and admin think they are like God. They talk like that they giving salary and helping us for doing nothing. The culture of Higher management is very cheap. No accomodation, no good canteen facilitie, no good travelling facilities, not good chair. Shift people are the sufferer most.

Toxic culture and management is not concern about this. They just anyhow wanted production. Here people is being treated as item, can be purchased any time. So they don't value there present employees. Physical and mental toucher is promoted by management. They will ruin your mental health.

Lack of HR policy. Safety dept. has no competent person,all of them are like politicians and not so experienced. Contractual stuffs are more qualified than permanent staffs. No safety cuture,only fire culture. People got job in reference,not for their qualifications. No vehicle for travel inside plant and transportaion. No reputed company in contractual role. Lack of increment and promotions.permanent employees treat contracual employees as labour.
