Hello, Matexnet pvt. Ltd is the first b2b Company of India. I love that to say part of the company. I am operating back end all activities like catalogue making, calling, follow up the payment, auction monitoring,manage imprest account & lot more. Growth is nothing.

Compensation is good but the growth is none. The working pressure is too much. I have to attend all the calls from client's & buyers also. I received appreciation from our client but unnoticed. No training sessions from the company

The Matexnet Company Very worst in the world. No job security in the company and many psycho available in the company. no responsibilities in the company. and many more politics available in the company.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
