Salary release timely. Branch Atmosphere is very Good.

Dislikes

Personal Linked Incentives not timely release. Every Year Increment not released timely. Work Process is very Poor. Every Time New Process without any communication.

Hello, Matexnet pvt. Ltd is the first b2b Company of India. I love that to say part of the company. I am operating back end all activities like catalogue making, calling, follow up the payment, auction monitoring,manage imprest account & lot more. Growth is nothing.

Compensation is good but the growth is none. The working pressure is too much. I have to attend all the calls from client's & buyers also. I received appreciation from our client but unnoticed. No training sessions from the company
