I had worked in 3D design Team, it was a great work experience as i got an opportunity to learn a lot about product as well as gained software knowledge. Team was very supportive and each member helped me a lot. Got an opportunity to learn about Reverse Engineering with working on 3D scanned data gives me a lot of learning.

You have a lot to learn in operations department as team is very supportive. You can learn about various industries in single group. You can learn how to implement lean tools.

Promotions or appraisal is not good here, job satisfaction is depend upon you. They will not pay you according to your talent.
