...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Not a single thing to like about the company working environment unhealthy and unhygienic even floor engineers are treated as labour. They can't even get a cup of tea from pentry even if they are sick or not feeling well

Very dirty political environment even my increment is stopped not on my working basis and give a stupid answer that I don't say good morning to manager sh. Akshay Sahu and senior engineer tinku Sharma who even don't do a single work just leak boot steps of senior and now he get promoted as assistant manager but there are more deserving persons there there is very bad working environment and unhealthy people suffer many health issues due to dust of mixture used for making breaks and seniors are idiots who doesn't care about innovation and improvement instead of smart work they still prefer hardwork like labour. No improving and innovative environment everyone there working to save there job that's it and think that junior are there slave. Specially in quality department
