Overall good for those who wants to start their career in Saudi Aramco's facility coz it's been working as a maintenance sub-contractor since long time and new graduate get exposure of oil and gas plants and safety of SA and it's standards and can plan their career according to their interest and scope but MTCC doesn't have technical employees to execute good projects so they usually participate in bidding for maintenance contract.

Dislikes

...to switch the job profile and employees potential never get explored by company. Salary deduction is another big issue here. They're so many reasons of not continuing further but thanks a lot for having me in MTCC.

Management system is very poor. Salary increment is not given every year. Vacation paper will not be appr oved immediately.It is very difficult to go on emergency leave. No one gets pramoted in this company.

company didn't need an engineer they need a person who can do all types works like civil,electrical,mechanical,cum driver cum secretary,cum store keeper Etc.

uneducated ,illiterate,such kind of people are sitting in higher position.

The Management is Pathetic, they don’t care if any employee dies. Every person is corrupt and take money to release employee for vacation or exit, especially Operations Manage Ghuma And Asst operations manager Anil Kumar.
