1. They deduct money for EPF from your salary but it will not shown in your EPF account 2. There is no work life balance they told you that sat is off but you are working here even on Sunday. 3. Micro Management. 4. Don't expect position upgradation here

They have fixed salary structure even in sales too…. They add up gratuity in the base too , so that you think its higher package but its not. A bumble created by pratham mittal which will end up like byjus if they get there. His associate nikhil mittal is an a** hole as he says pitch to drivers and all as they only do marketing on face book and instagram. No organic no likdin no google search leads. Hiring and firing goes on every month, even salary get delayed many times.

No work life balance if you come at 9:30 they will expect you to leave at 9:30. The HR’s mentions the timing (9:30 to 6:30) which nobody follows and the TLs and Manager (only1 is there) does not follow the rule. There is only politics and partiality in the office. Worst working environment so far just similar to Franchise India If your got admitted in the hospital or has any family or personal emergency and you took leave they will fire you. Since you are just mere robot for them who has no personal life and can never become ill.

What a pathetic company, now I understand why does it has a 3 star rating. I have given interview there and they rejected me without giving a proper reason on asking to HR ( Mansi Singh) she blocked me on WhatsApp. I mean how these companies are even running without a proper management and corporate ethics. I urge from government and labour court of India to run a survey and checkings on such organisations who have a low rating and people are complaining about. Wasting time of candidates. Don't join this company if you don't want to ruin your career.

Within 2 months of employment here, I have resigned from here as the managers , senior managers , associate directors and directors are not ready to work and that’s why they put pressure on you to get the sales for their fraud programs.
