Never did FnF. Had to take them to labour court and only then the matter was settled. Never did FnF of majority staff.

...ment never comes to fore. CFO will do FnF and put many allegations on you like poor performance etc and not pay.

Everything depends on type of client you are working with.

1) No involvement of management at site 2) Salary delayed- need to beg 3) No increment at all. 4) Harrasment during notice period 5) No full and final payment.

The company is good at innovation, integrity and good working culture.At surat Diamond Bourse, I am working, lots of things I have learned here in Masters. Working environment is great, Our Project Head is best boss I have ever. He inspires me to work with adaptability, Integrity,team work, honesty. I have learnt from my project head so many good things which will be always useful for rest of my career & lifelong.

Dislikes

In Masters, most of things are well managed, but pay is less. Appraisal is not consistent. No offsite training, motivation is conducted. HR dept. is no longer helpful sometimes. But overall its well.

Management system is outstanding. If you know their Management system thoroughly, then you do not require any additional trailing in Project Management.

There is no internal review meetings. Which is very much required to upgrade any ognanization.

Worst Management if someone want to work with this firm don’t join Wadala Ghatkopar and Thane Site. Managers hold personal grudges against employees. If you want to expand your knowledge and limits which can also helpful for firm, then definitely this is not the firm to work with especially at above mentioned locations.
