...l a big fat lie. They are the best example of Over Promise and Under Delivery. Salary and incentives aren't that great too. Not at all a good place for a fresher.

My journey with MML has been fantastic. The company prioritizes learning, personal growth and financial growth of an employee. I have been coached myself for my personal well being and that has helped me grow as a professional. A team that supports you in everything, a true family!

You have to be truly willing to grow and evolve. If you're just looking for a job, this is not the space for you.

Likes

I loved the freedom and growth given to me. I got direct access to founders and was exposed to entrepreneurship. I was given key responsibilities with the right learning like courses and mentoring to do my best. I would like to join back any day.

Dislikes

I felt the departments worked in silos. We could have had more opportunities to learn from colleagues. The office culture sometimes also felt too work focused.

I like the freedom and flexibility I get in the organization while working and I like how the leaders of the organization supports and guides me and everyone in the team.

The warm and welcoming nature of the people in the organisation motivated me to give my best performance as far as work is concerned. I also learned a lot about the activities done in other departments while working with my colleagues which simultaneously helped me build up my teamwork skills.
