After I joined, I had not assigned to any of the project. And on one day HR asked me to resign the job with one month notice period. I never expected this from them because they were continuously followed me for joining Mastek. Even the project are all shift basis includes night. The communication is not proper

Mastek Ltd. offers a fantastic work environment with some of the good salary increments and compensation packages in the industry. the company's flexibility to work from anywhere is one of the top benefits, which really enhances work-life balance. one thing I love is how approachable the managers and serious are. there's no unnecessary hierarchy and everyone's super transparent and helpful. you don't feel lost or stuck - it is easy to connect with collogues and getting done The company also does a great job of keeping employee engaged. they organize these cool ceremonies like Quarterly meet and Half yearly meet and other too and fun collaboration events which keeps things exciting. Its not just about work they actually care about keeping employee motivated and happy. Overall the work culture is really good as per my experience, and it feels good to be part of a team where everyone is encouraged to grow and very helpful and enjoy their work. Definitely a great place to build a career

Work life balance is good as most of the consultant are doing wfh.

Sometimes unnecessary pressure, office politics, zero additional facilities, like no canteen in office, cost cutting in the snacks.etc.

Salary Paid on Time. Mediclaim provided by the company.

No salary structure based on Job/Position is in place, Salary depends on the negotiation one able to do at time of Joining. Service agreement of 2.3 years during which no good Projects or Salary hike Promotion provided. Managers and Seniors openly tell to work 15 hours a day and also on weekends. Too much work load, in Europe And North America projects region.

...basically you will be working hard to keep this job. "There is no job security." and on top of all this, there is 3-5% hike if you are a star performer or no hike at all. Dont know how this company still has a rating of 3+ in all the categories -> Mostly like other struggling companies-seems like even this beautiful organizations HR are busy in giving fake ratings to their wonderful organization. Also, everytime you have to go and beg for projects if you are a fresher and if you dont get any projects they will ask you to put down the papers. To be very frank - getting a project is very competitive as the so called skill is not at all tough to learn or master. it all comes down to how good you are at begging. If you dont believe me - go ahead and attend their interview process - you will understand how unprofessionalistic they are when it comes to the recruitment process.
