...basically you will be working hard to keep this job. "There is no job security." and on top of all this, there is 3-5% hike if you are a star performer or no hike at all. Dont know how this company still has a rating of 3+ in all the categories -> Mostly like other struggling companies-seems like even this beautiful organizations HR are busy in giving fake ratings to their wonderful organization. Also, everytime you have to go and beg for projects if you are a fresher and if you dont get any projects they will ask you to put down the papers. To be very frank - getting a project is very competitive as the so called skill is not at all tough to learn or master. it all comes down to how good you are at begging. If you dont believe me - go ahead and attend their interview process - you will understand how unprofessionalistic they are when it comes to the recruitment process.

It is fine for freshers only. Over-work culture, working on weekends expectations, and lot of imbalances are present.

Work culture, manager hierarchy, overload of work, unrealistic timelines, salary nil, expectations too high from candidates but no support provided to them.

Oracle business AD team is really good, leaders are supportive and friendly. If you want to make your career as Oracle Consultant or Oracle Technical Consultant, it is the best place for you, lots of learning will be there.

After Mastek acquired Evosys the salary hikes stopped which is the major reason many experienced and knowledgeable employees are leaving the company.

no growth in Mastek as well as salary management is not good they think t they will be placing you on any role irrespective of the training you got in mastek if you are on bench they will tell you to resign from company worst appraisals
