After I joined, I had not assigned to any of the project. And on one day HR asked me to resign the job with one month notice period. I never expected this from them because they were continuously followed me for joining Mastek. Even the project are all shift basis includes night. The communication is not proper

Work life balance is good as most of the consultant are doing wfh.

Dislikes

Sometimes unnecessary pressure, office politics, zero additional facilities, like no canteen in office, cost cutting in the snacks.etc.

... management.No link between performance rating and appraisal.Delay in appraisal.Discrimintion between new hire and existing employee pay.Policy change can come and abolish at any time just to save cost of company

...basically you will be working hard to keep this job. "There is no job security." and on top of all this, there is 3-5% hike if you are a star performer or no hike at all. Dont know how this company still has a rating of 3+ in all the categories -> Mostly like other struggling companies-seems like even this beautiful organizations HR are busy in giving fake ratings to their wonderful organization. Also, everytime you have to go and beg for projects if you are a fresher and if you dont get any projects they will ask you to put down the papers. To be very frank - getting a project is very competitive as the so called skill is not at all tough to learn or master. it all comes down to how good you are at begging. If you dont believe me - go ahead and attend their interview process - you will understand how unprofessionalistic they are when it comes to the recruitment process.

...asked them to fail her which eventually let her getting terminated from the job. About salary - it varies based on your skill set and your profile Hike - 2 to 3 % if your appraisal meeting goes well or no hike at all...XD Promotion - They follow "Up or Out" culture
