There are plenty of things which I like about Mastech Digital but to list a few, they always 1) Pay on time 2) Work Environment is good 3) Work-life balance.

Dislikes

There’s nothing which I dislike, I may like less but no disliking as of now.

Likes

Nothing. They are not at all user friendly.

Dislikes

They will pay you high in offer letter but there is no guarantee how long they will pay you. They can even lay off in a month if they find some one with less pay. No job security and no guarantee on payment and no work life balance. They will give you shift time in Monday to Friday but they will expect to work on every day.even on holiday.if you have some issue with working on holidays for a single day they can lay you off on the next day.

Likes

No set process to manage the employee. No consideration for the enhancement of skills to any employee.

Dislikes

Working culture, micro management, job insecurity, no leaves approved. No empathy in the managers. They want the numbers for the requirements on which they are themselves unable to deliver.

So far everything, Great to be a part of wonderful team and manager who always ready to support you at every stage.

Dislikes

A lil can say submission, can’t logout having a zero submission but again that’s in every company you have to justify your salary to which you taking it from them for work. So in that case if they are expecting you to close your day with couple of good quality that’s not wrong at all ..

Work life is good as it is mostly work from home.

Dislikes

Very late back. Company is not doing good. Losing contracts, sacking people, work mostly on third party contracts didn't have hold on vendors and employees.
