They pay you good even above the market rate as you have been poached else I did not find any other thing which attract someone.

Well to be true its a lala company with no concrete vision , comp has no values or culture today you are hired and tomorrow you can be fired, Senior managers are abusive to lower management and some time harass employees by different ways, Very bad HR policies in-fact no policies and inexperienced people at some important post are sitting, all the powers are with the MD of the company and you as an employee have no say to any thing even you will not be asked for any important decision making.

They are supporting by not removing the employees from the company. It's a good place to work.

They are not giving salary to anyone in the company whereas other restaurant companies are providing their employees with salaries. They should truly understand that not only company has financial problems but also the employees working there have the same problem in this pandemic!

...estaurants pvt ltd is a pretty nice company overall cuz there is growth in post. Salary comes as early as possible.

Poor Salary growth, poor HR Response(They don't even bother to pickup the call even when its urgent', more than 12 hours shift.

the company is good for innovation to get with latest technology and science with food.i am glad to be part of the best team with massive.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high.Appraisals are not happening on time ,or when it happens ,it s not happen with proper way.there are no on job training fro freshers due to less staffing so the training burden is on us.there are lots of purchase issues are there, no consistency in raw products but pushed to get best quality. No clarity in service charge.no facility for staff like resting place,medical facility , paternity leaves,etc.
