I have to work for 11-13 hours in a day, a lot of politics, slow learning growth if you want to learn anything, you have to learn by yourself, no job security, they throw you out when they want and they even don't want to know about the situation and behind that situation, why this situation arrives.

People here trains you with skills that are not taught anywhere with such dedication. It rally feels that they want you to excel in your feild and pushes you to be a better professional. I recommend to all professionals to who wants to start their career in the feild of Intellectual Property Rights.

As a Senior Patent Associate at Masilamani Law Partners my journey is going well. I have been working here for more than three years now so according to be it is like as long as you perform well you will survive anywhere. Though challenges are there but you don't grow if there are no challenges. Thanks to Masilamani Law Partners I found a job at the time companies were chopping off their employees. The work culture is very good. Coming towards the teammates, it's an amazing experience as everyone is cooperative. As of now the Job security is quite good, there is a good opportunity for others to grow. Coming towards new projects there's a lot going on and opportunities to grow are plenty. By.. Kumud Joshi

Till now I have not come across anything as such. In today's crisis time after the covid situation where getting a job is too difficult. MLP to me is something divine and brilliant that happened to me. I also want to stay here with the team and accomplish my aim of being a successful Patent Engineer.

There will be days when you will have work pressure and you will have to push yourself. During my internship at the firm, I developed interest in IPR and decided to pursue a career in IPR. I highly appreciated the encouragement I got from my seniors to develop new skills. It was a great work experience.

Dislikes

as this is a law office there will be some long working days (like all other law firms). how soon you leave office depends on your own pick up of work and skills. if you are slow and need to chill more, you will have to work longer as you still have to finish the work assigned. though if you are reasonably smart and hardworking, you will finish work faster and leave sooner - and appreciated for it. it all depends on your own capabilities actually. and oh, you will struggle if you do not have basic level computer skills.
