My Manager who does not have any work Ethics, He is person with whom no employee wants to work may it be an experienced resource or an fresher. Many Resources who worked under him has abruptly, resigned the job because of his Harassment, may it be Men or Women, doesn't know how to speak with his Peers and his Resources reporting him.

There is no scope for promotion. There is no hike. In order to sustain you have to be favorable or favorite employee of your manager. Lots of things happen under the table.

Salary offered is best in the market. Colleagues are friendly Onboarding is smooth

Dislikes

Employees are totally squeezed out for the salary that is paid No work life balance, asked to work on weekends mostly. Poor training, just diplomatic talks. Horrible operations…very slow in processing task. Remittance team of the bank is the worst in functioning.

Almost everything from salary benefits to work envirnoment and growth in your career if you are the guy who put in efforts.

Concentrating more hiring from pakistan and egypt which is a bit concern as job security.
