Dislikes

The pay for designers is really low when compared to international standards. It's nowhere close what our peers would get paid in other regions. They do give more importance to politics and nepotism over real ideas and talents. And career progression is not really based on your performance, it's more to do with the connections and how much they like you which is really frustrating.

I feel about job security is more than other company in Sri Lanka and company business policies are excellent other than the competitive.

Dislikes

I dislike about the paid salary for me because management didn't have idea and value about the my job role. I feel top level not recognize my role in the company and how much I have added value to company. So they thought my position was similar to another factory Technical and quality manager.

Actually MAS Holdings best global company which is working for apparel sector.even there is good culture to engage with duties.
