I am very happy working in a mass finance company. There is no pressure of any kind in this company and one can work well here in an open environment.

Dislikes

I am fun working here. But the employees are facing problem with salary hold. The company is also suffering loss due to this. The employee tries to do poor quality files to meet his target. If the target here is number of files instead of volume, then according to me both will benefit. And the company's portfolio will also improve. If salary of 100 emp is stopped and if the average salary is 20k, then the company had to pay 20 lakhs to the emp. But if in this any executive makes 2-4 files wrong, then there will be loss. According to me both benefit in number of files.

That's very bad organization to work in finance sector. Always being salary issue, salary dete hi nahi.... Maharashtra team ne to police complaint... V kr di h... Aur somil sir to RO ko dhamki de rahe h.ki complaint return kr lo warna.... Tum logo ko kahi v naukri ni milegi...... MP bhopal team also very bad...

overall, I had a good experience to work with mas finance.That was my first job and I m glad that I was a member of that company.I like colleagues, culture of the company, policy of HR, working conditions and infra structure also.

Worst company ever, bad management not giving salary to employee and lot of mental harassment, don't spoil your carrier and don't join this company. Because of this company i loosed my everything. Positive reviews are mostly written by the company, as no one who has left seems happy with their experience.

All dear I suggest pls don't go this company all spoil your future Salary hold issue many more problem .pls don't joining this company ...for your future life Only 3 month later hold salay and said that left this company emidalty not good future So I suggest pls do not this company
