I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

The staff over there is very helping. There is no hassle for attending the walk in customers because there is a rule for it like every team will get the chance to attend the customer serial wise which i think is the best for RM because every one get fair chance . If anybody wants to join Marwaha Autos Pvt. Ltd. Then just go for it dont think anymore. It would be your best decision in professional life .
