There is nothing to like about this company. No vision for the future at any level. The only thing you can find there is drama and politics.

Dislikes

No job security. You can be fired anytime regardless of what position you hold. They hire people at high salary and after 6 months same person seems to be a burden to them. Then they start politics against him. 16 plant heads changed in past 4 years.

...ment is transparent . There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues . Salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond of 3years before which you cannot resign . On the job training is not given to new joinees

There is nothing to like in this organisation, so don’t waste your precious career getting into it.

Almost every department at the HO is in caos. Especially, the exports, were in an incompetent person sitting over years never encourages the juniors and want to take credit and have ownership to almost every transaction, which is why no new freshly recruit stays more than 3-4 months. Please don’t waste your time and career in this organisation.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable. High quality product and has a global client base.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.
