Worst place to work for in Jamnagar, They will tell you all the good things about the past of the company, with big words describing the vision & all but the reality is completely different. The management will show you a complete fake side of his and will show you his real side right after few couple of weeks , once you join the company& fall into their trap. Even they script the positive comments on different SMM platforms to fool the peoples. The maximum tenure of any new person joining from any big company is not more than couple of month. Leaving your job & joining this company will only become the platform where one is gonna to ruin his life and career graph. Forget about basic respect as an employee the management is gonna to treat you like his personal slave.

A lady there named (BS) single-handedly destroyed careers of dozens of employees. MD's love for her was just unshakable. Many employees worked really hard in the initial years of this company but this lady was just so evil... she used to say extremely inappropriate things about the MD and the company which affected the moral of a lot of hardworking employees, but the moment she was made the in-charge of their UAE division, she just started praising the same guy. And yeah... the HR lady will never give good reviews after you leave the company. She's the new culprit in the system. Stories and characters at Marvel Decor are totally movie material (a 'C' grade movie).

Almost everything...No communication between employees, no one finds it important to hear you. Head of department does not take any actions to your serious complaints. Whatever they tell you in interview is just fake.

The company is innovative and takes care of employees, there’s a work life balance and priorities are given inside company for higher post before creating any opportunity for outsiders.

Have to be very upfront in showing the qualities to get opportunities and raise.

The most terrible experience in my whole job career of 7 years. They even don't know the meaning of ethical and professional work culture.They are totally baised toward gender. Hire employee by giving the Bait of high package and then forces to shift them to Dubai ...if they deny then they are fire..even they will fire for no reason....pathetic owner as well as pathetic lady who directs the owner as well... Runing the business for a lady and for what (.....)

The most terrible experience in my 7+ years of experience into international BD profile, they recruit employees for another profile and at the time of joining they change it as they find some superlative skills attached to the profile they want us to work and think that it fits to us.. don't know the meaning of ethics and values comparing ourselfs with asian paints and Apple.. really how could you compare million dollars of companies with a non-ethical one... And really if you are female than please join the company because director is happy with that only, such a gender biased person.. hiring the person giving a bait of high package and than forcing to relocate to overseas for longgggg hourss jobbb ( I mean 12 hours job and even work on holidays) Even they find the lady same like owner who drives the business at UAE location ( very close to owner ❤️) she just wnat to satisfy the owner by huke or crock ..( u know what I mean ... You can find n number of reviews at Glassdoor as well about the inner enviornment of the organization .. I really advise not to join such irrialistic company who takes u ride for not more than 3-4 months.. be careful guys ..
