Quite members who are more proactive by nature are less favored by managers. Result in lost promotions, lower salaries than extroverted colleagues with similar experience, and being taken for granted.

Good opportunity for someone who is starting their career in automobile sector in sales, because in Maruti Suzuki they teach every expect of there vehicle and more. And for someone who is not very familiar with automobile and it's technology, these trainings are very much helpful.

Salary and insensitive are low as compared to other companies gives to there employees.

(bi annual week shutdown) . For rest of the festivals if it comes on non Saturday/Sunday, then Saturday becomes working

...e to work on sundays while others spend quality time at home after lot of works. and hrs use to debit the salary amount with 500rs. incentives was given late it takes 3 months to receive incentives and were not given on time as they mention before joining.
