Dislikes

Poor work culture specifically in Production & all the other supporting departments, lack of role clarity, too much politics by the senior management, politics in promotions & other career growth opportunities by the reporting seniors. Only the flatterers of senior management across the organization get the opportunity to get timely promotions & career growth. Even the genuine problems of employees are addressed with diplomacy & politics by the senior management rather than providing a right solution for the same. Overall the most disappointing part is terrible work environment across the organization.

Politics at all level junior to senior management level. Latteral employees are targeted by peers since they fell threatened by their skill and knowledge. Quite members who are more proactive by nature are less favored by managers. Result in lost promotions, lower salaries than extroverted colleagues with similar experience, and being taken for granted.

Job security is there, but we can't say 100%, salary is average, growth is also avarage.

Work life balance is not there, Work load is so much high, working hours are more compare to other companies, most of life Saturday working, no national holiday leave, Your carrier is fully dependent on your boss, no HR role, most of the peoples are on the stess,

Some area work culture is very bored. Replacement or department change chances is very low so you can not learn or take experience of other area. If you are working in assembly shop then 99% chances you will retire from same shop.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cateteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politic and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
