Work life balance in service is a question mark. Learning is stagnant after become state head. Same thing you will do on daily basis.

Leave policy is good on paper. The managers don't approve leave often. Health benefits are great though.

...d for grads/ postgraduate from tier-1 institutions. Limited growth and learning. The pay is also a bit less. Great for tier 2 and below.

Money is the only driving force. Also the HR system and holiday calendar is best across all companies. However depends on your boss to avail the leaves.

...tever your bosses say. Even if it has zero or negetive logic, u have to do it. If you measure career growth by position and salary, u will grow. But by intellect, u will degrow as years pass by..

...e to work on sundays while others spend quality time at home after lot of works. and hrs use to debit the salary amount with 500rs. incentives was given late it takes 3 months to receive incentives and were not given on time as they mention before joining.
