The manager and her subordinates ensured all the information were provided to me so that I can complete my work/tasks given by them on time. The manager appeared to be harsh at the the beginning but as my work.was reaching the finishing line, I saw her kind side too. All the executives were helpful throughout.

Dislikes

Like regular employees they ask you to work an 8 hour shift, with no pay (if you are hired by influence) and also take office work to our home (I'm sure only some managers do that because 1. Empathy 2. The Company doesn't allow the work to be taken outside as many are confidential)

Salary on time.

Dislikes

Politics at all level junior to senior management level. Latteral employees are targeted by peers since they fell threatened by their skill and knowledge. Quite members who are more proactive by nature are less favored by managers. Result in lost promotions, lower salaries than extroverted colleagues with similar experience, and being taken for granted.

... both monetary and non monetary Appraisal and promotion above market benchmark. Variable pay over and above expectations.

Quite long working hours though without much work pressure. Hierarchical system with less decision making.

Pseudo growth as in - your salary will grow but even after 15 years you'll be doing the same work. Pathetic work culture in sales- Promotion is not at all KRA driven but upon managers discretion Transfer policy totally unfriendly to all even high performing employees Bureaucratic nature of work with no power to an employee - you just communicate what seniors have told- and even share the blame of others. Leave approval even for genuine reasons is questionable Long working hours 9-9 almost daily Saturday - holiday is a hoax.
