There isa lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

Politics at all level junior to senior management level. Latteral employees are targeted by peers since they fell threatened by their skill and knowledge. Quite members who are more proactive by nature are less favored by managers. Result in lost promotions, lower salaries than extroverted colleagues with similar experience, and being taken for granted.

Good opportunity for someone who is starting their career in automobile sector in sales, because in Maruti Suzuki they teach every expect of there vehicle and more. And for someone who is not very familiar with automobile and it's technology, these trainings are very much helpful.

Dislikes

Salary and insensitive are low as compared to other companies gives to there employees.

Quite long working hours though without much work pressure. Hierarchical system with less decision making.
