...balance . Very bad for growth as well. Forget your personal life. Very stagnant. Low pay you will literally get just 50 thousand in your account coming out of NIT & IIT and no it will not increase just maybe 10 k a year increase. Also expect coming on Sunday as well in the name of incentives. The alpha that you get is based on your leave attendance which means you can’t even take the mandatory leaves that the company has assigned. Also no switch can be made inter department. Ironically people from private colleges like Thapar get comfortable departments like supply chain and IIIT’s have to work as line incharge and you have no say in it. They will not change anything. And don’t expect anything. Vey bad work environment.

Compensation, overall employees benefits & job security is good considering a manufacturing company.

Dislikes

Poor work culture specifically in Production & all the other supporting departments, lack of role clarity, too much politics by the senior management, politics in promotions & other career growth opportunities by the reporting seniors. Only the flatterers of senior management across the organization get the opportunity to get timely promotions & career growth. Even the genuine problems of employees are addressed with diplomacy & politics by the senior management rather than providing a right solution for the same. Overall the most disappointing part is terrible work environment across the organization.

...If complaint about him he will decrease my feedback in last. That's what I face. But company work culture and salary if too good.

I also hate some things in my apprenticeship I don't have any connections within a year with my HR. If I have any type of problems I have to be concerned with my supervisor, but what If I have problem with my supervisor, when I finally decided to ho to HR team to complaint about work and behavioral, then suddenly some things came on my mind that If complaint about him he will decrease my feedback in last.

Likes

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a hung cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent . There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign.

...y and permanent employee did not work in company So this is very disappointed . Because the workers who who work hard paid very less salary and facilities and the other side permanent employee didn't any hard work and get high salary and all facilities by company comparing by tw/ cw workers So thats the bed thing about Maruti Suzuki company.
