Company is fantastic for Union workers means permeant worker not for Supervisor. Company give very Good salary and health insurance also.company give good training also time to time

Dislikes

Physical touch not allowed in companies but union person and sometimes seniors and major junior misbehaving the supervisor and you have no right to complaint because junior misbehaving and junior complaint against you to union person. And you have no option because no one come for your help. Infact HR only see but action not taken. Hindi me bolu to sab keval tamasa dekhte h supervisors ka... Work culture very Bad which I feel I also left because senior misbehave to me I complaint boss and HR too but no one help so Due to self-respect I resigned. And many of person resigned due to this reason because company want easily loose there Diamond. No action taken against complaint and no one ask why you resign.

...rking in same position 5 to 6 years. Job security and social benefits are goods. Increment in salary is better as compare to other automobile industry. Upper management and company assest manager not a huminiars. He give grading as a Targeting.

Dislikes

Targeting grading and promotion. Promotion time is very more. 5 to 6 years in research department. Very long working hours, almost 10 hurs/day.

...e in Maruti Suzuki is very good. Company HR policy for employees are excellent. During lockdown company give full salary to it's all employees without any difference. Maruti Suzuki company always support its employees.

Many of company policy are different at level to level. Some of HR policy benefits are only for associate.

Compensation, overall employees benefits & job security is good considering a manufacturing company.

Dislikes

Poor work culture specifically in Production & all the other supporting departments, lack of role clarity, too much politics by the senior management, politics in promotions & other career growth opportunities by the reporting seniors. Only the flatterers of senior management across the organization get the opportunity to get timely promotions & career growth. Even the genuine problems of employees are addressed with diplomacy & politics by the senior management rather than providing a right solution for the same. Overall the most disappointing part is terrible work environment across the organization.

Dislikes

Politics at all level junior to senior management level. Latteral employees are targeted by peers since they fell threatened by their skill and knowledge. Quite members who are more proactive by nature are less favored by managers. Result in lost promotions, lower salaries than extroverted colleagues with similar experience, and being taken for granted.
