If you joined in Production, start searching another better or even good opportunity coz one day when you will try to search may be you will not get opportunity that time.

Sacrifice for your feelings and aspirations( to live your life happily ) once you join Production Vertical, You can only keep your career progressive and continue only if you have some senior level person in your contacts. You will learn/gain few interesting Qualities if you get a chance to work in Production those are Diplomacy, professional politics, Discrimination, Flattering, Attitude, Egotism, Pressurising subordinates, How to tolerate less qualified and not skilled seniors in shop floor. Here's Flattering worth more than any degree. No English, No IT Skill reqd, No logical sense, No Report making reqd if one keep his boss happy by flattering or "Yes Sir- Yes Sir". Here few people reaches to manager level without any Diploma/Degree or other relevant skills for that position, Seriously and those may be your reporting managers also. Only Production has this amazing culture. other areas are ok You will get what u deserve. In Production, you will be blatantly told and compelled to stay after your working hours till your boss sits.

It was been an honor to work in maruti suzuki being a part of msil enjoyed a lot. Got an opportunity to learn about vehicles category and loads of fun

...e to work on sundays while others spend quality time at home after lot of works. and hrs use to debit the salary amount with 500rs. incentives was given late it takes 3 months to receive incentives and were not given on time as they mention before joining.

Quite long working hours though without much work pressure. Hierarchical system with less decision making.
