Work culture is very bad compare to last five years.New joining absolutely zero experience in this factory operations in production but salary is high compared to old staff in Shop floor production.

I am particularly write the review on martin and harris pvt ltd. I think this is farzi company thats why i have not get the salary. The management is dependent on one man. He will convey the msg to management. In other words bandar k hath me ustra, marega jisko maarega.

Apeejay group is quite wide. One of the company name martin & harris pvt ltd is farzi.

job security-is very poor, work culture-very politics, it is not secured management team- not qualified and very ignorant

terminates suddenly, job security is very poor, environment is very clumsy appraisal for showing salary averagely hike

There's no pressure of work

Policies, People, there's no cafeteria,Not even a microwave to heat the food, no support from the HODs, no activities, office politics, few people here are not treating people as a human.

Nothing here to say that was good everything was negative here...Not a single employee was happy here except BM.

(1)No time table...everyday late sitting was happening we daily work 10-11 Hours daily These things disrupt my personal life. For these extra hours work we are not getting any overtime. (2) here not a proper chair for employees to perform there duties comfortably. we sit on chair whose costing was Rs 250-300 that was very painful for us and I everyday suffer from backpain. (3) No security guard at Martin and Harris branch...we feel unsafe daily due to late night work. (4)you can not think to relax for a single minute if you are working at Martin and Harris ... (5) 7 days working.... intersting thing was that for Sunday sitting we get only one time food Nothing else...means no wages are paid for Sunday working. (6) Toxic work environment.
