Mangers are over friendly and they cut my bonus and give me bad rating due just because I haven't communicate with them friendly and also they decline my appraisal as well very nonsense company I'll never suggest anyone to join this company they are not focusing on work or business they just required personal attention and good good talks with managers, zero respect of work company culture only focus nonsense things like fun committee and events, HR's also not helpful over there they'll simply accept your resignation without any retention stupid company I ever seen in my career

...w salary bracket so make sure you NEGOTIATE YOUR SALARY VERY WELL (ASK HIGHER) Salary structure is designed to demote people form taking leaves like you have shift allowance in it so every time you take leave that days shift allowance would not be given to you and shift allowance is arround 30% of your inhand salary

... internal job posting are released which employees can apply & can get promoted. Salary & yearly appraisal is at par with the market.

Compensation is decent, however growth is slow. We do get appreciations from stakeholders & insurers, but sometimes managers are biased & efforts go unnoticed.

Individual target is a big pain always. Too many people have started cannibalizing business. Teams understanding of basics and etiquettes is a big task. Responsibility for each and every action of the team. Team should be coming to office regularly, coming late, going early etc becomes a personal responsibility as a leader. Getting new business from team is not easy, there's too much competition in the market from likes of Gallagher, Aon, WTW, esp gallagher where lot of colleagues have moved with hefty packages and are reaching out to our loyal clients strongly with superior proposition. Gallagher has given open offer to join anyday. Which is a respite from the heavy sales pressure to perform or perish.
