It feels like a well reputed call center as people behave like that. They dont have to be ur friend but atleast could be a kind colleague, not even that. The company is just about politics and everyone will pull u dont even if u dont do any mistake. The process is changed and is so complex that in a night shift you will be so pressurized to complete ur target and not even a single point is missed in ur excel report. And if you do then its an error. They want to please their US account coordinator so badly that they always will doubt you or say something bad to put pressure to work. I have had a bad encounter with the company. The process was great earlier now it isn't and everyone else also wishes to drop out. If u want a peaceful job then dont choose marsh because they will only give u stress but with a good pay. As if they pay you so you have to work with stress mandate.

... to managers posts with no process knowledge, Biases towards the team members, Less salary more load of work, Some managers made their unity they communicate and remove people from the process, If you are a person who will always be ready for a CHATUR & to gossip team talks with the managers secretly then only you'll be promoted or get spot rewards. Taking a stand for yourself means danger to yourself you can't give your opinions on anything.

Only things I dislike is for the employees who have served long years (more than 5 yrs), compensation provided is too low as compared to the new hired ( eg: a lead serving 5 yrs has salary less than the newly hired analyst. This all employees shud be maintained at same level

Tried a lot to find out one that I could mention but there really isn't any.

Horrible work culture. A lot of hidden terms and conditions with salary and perks. My suggestions to everyone joining new to this firm would be to not include any benefits like LTA and car fuel, they adjust all of these from your salary. Just to boast they keep showing off about all such benefits which are nothing but traps. Management is horrible, they won't be aware of the work that you do and will favor old employees. There is a lot of favouritism and insecurity in old employees. They behave horribly and treat newbees like there personal servants. There is no sense of respect and dignity at all. People won't allow you to implement new ideas and won't share knowledge of the existing setup. Things are very unorganised and the local management just plays a pawn to the UK/US management. So nobody will even listen to you if you have complains. Worst part is that if you decide to leave the company even the HR will show you it's wicked face and would force you to leave earlier than the end of notice period ( You must not talk about the notice period payout for leaving early.) Even after leaving the firm the HR didn't add compensation against balance leaves. There are a lot many and many more. Do join if you want to get frustrated, depressed and unwelcomed. I won't even recommend this place to my enemies. Thank You
