Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). Micromanaging the team. No job security. Company doesn't even honor the notice period while kicking you out. Full and final is a dream. Management is horrible.

Work responsibilities are so meshed that even juniors engineers would direct interaction with client managers and gain hands on-exposure to latest tools, methodologies, SCRUM processes etc. I would assume overall tech skills will grow faster than other peers in the industry and become well-rounded professional.
